How do I measure my wall?
What we need in order to proceed your order is the netto size of your wall; -exact Length and Height in cm2.
Fill in the section: measurements of wall (L x H).
We make sure that your wallpaper will have few extra edges for hanging, fitting and cutting. However, our production is not responsible for incorrect measurements filled in by the client while placing the order.
Troubles with measuring your wall?
Luckily, WAD offers an extra service to our customers, which includes our agent visiting and measuring your wall within the Netherlands for the additional costs of 95euro.
How do I order the wallpaper?
Visite our Webshop and choose the most desirable design. Choose the colour, material, fill in the size of your wall (LxH), the quantity, delivery method and CHECK-OUT. There is also a section for leaving comments.

Can I order a wallpaper in any size?
Our designs vary in the sizes. However for additional costs we can design for you custom wallpaper that will fit your wall perfectly. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need more information.
What kind of materials can you choose for the wallpaper?
For printing the wallpapers we use standard five materials such as:

AM-Smooth is non-woven material with a vinyl layer and printed with seams, 350grams per m2.

AM-Canvas is non-woven material with a vinyl layer and printed with seams, 350grams per m2.

AM-One is PES which can be printed in one piece without seams, 360 grams per m2.

AM-Nature is a sustainable material that is biodegradable and made of potato starch. It is printed in one piece, 310grams per m2.
-
AM-Acoustic is sound absorbing material and also seamlessly printed, 320 grams per m2.
If you wish to print on other materials than mentioned above, please contact us via email to further help you. We might be able to provide this service as well.
Can I order the samples?
Certainly, you can order A3 size samples of any material and pattern for 5euro/ per piece via our webshop. Requesting a sample per email is also possible.

Which glue do I need to hang the wallpaper?
For perfect application and long duration of the wallpaper, we advise you to use heavy vinyl glue - Perfax.
Can I hang the ceiling?
Indeed, this is possible. All our designs are printed on the same material and fits perfectly on both walls and ceilings. In this matter, we advise you to contact us to make sure everything “fits like a glove”.
Please note that the surface must be smooth, clean and dry before hanging the wallpaper on the ceiling and walls.
Do you need help with hanging your wallpaper?
If you need help with hanging your wallpaper perfectly, we provide this service as well. Our experienced wallpaper specialist does it for you including the glue. The prices vary between 22euro and 42euro per m2. Please, send us an email for additional query; info@wad-studio.com.
To install your new wallpaper, the surface of the wall must be smooth, clean, dry and tidy. Puffed paint and loose wallpaper must be removed and uneven surfaces must be filled. Unless you choose our sound absorbing material, which can be applied on any (unsmooth) wall.
How do I need to prepare the ceiling before applying the wallpaper?
Are the shipping costs included in the price?
All listed prices in your basket include shipping.
What is the expected delivery time?
As all of our wallpapers are custom made, printed and carefully prepared for you, our expected delivery time would be 2 weeks. Informing you about your shipping is our priority and that is why we will send you an email regarding the shipping as soon as your package leaves our production. If there is a delivery problem, we will contact you.

Can I return the wallpapers?
As above mentioned, every wallpaper is unique, custom made and carefully prepared for you. For all these reasons, the wallpapers can’t be returned. However, if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of damage due the delivery, please contact our custom service and we will further help you with this issue.
The same rules and conditions apply to the hand made prints and artworks created by our selected artists.
You may only return the artworks in case it got damaged dua the delivery
packed in the original packaging within 14 days. Please, contact our customer service, we would be glad to further help you.
Finally, returning is not possible for: Custom wallpaper; opened roll; used roll or damaged roll.
